How to collect ManyCam log files (Windows)

Please follow the procedure below to collect the ManyCam log files:

1. Download and install the latest version of ManyCam,
2. Run ManyCam and reproduce the issue,
3. Close ManyCam completely by pressing Ctrl + Q,
4. Press Win + R, type-in %appdata%\ManyCam\Logs,
5. Then select all files from this folder, right-click -> select Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder.

ManyCam Lite for Windows:

1. Download and install the latest version of ManyCam Lite,
2. Run ManyCam and reproduce the issue,
3. Close ManyCam completely by pressing Ctrl + Q,
4. Press Win + R, type-in %appdata%\ManyCam Lite\Logs,
5. Then select all files from this folder, right-click -> select Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder.
