We encourage you to contact us directly for a speed service regarding refund and
chargeback. Refund processed by ManyCam support takes about 48hrs to show on your
card most of the time. Refund or chargeback processed by Card Issuers like Visa,
Mastercard and PayPal might take between 90-120 days due to the multiple interactions
between the parties involved in the process: cardholder, issuer, payment processor, credit
card associations, etc.
How to request a refund via 2Checkout myAccount
In order to place a refund request via 2Checkout myAccount, please find an email from 2Checkout and follow the link to your account under the line “Need order support? Use myAccount to easily manage your order, subscription, invoice and payment details”.
Click on the order number to get details and then choose Request refund.
Alternatively, in case you can’t find the email from 2Checkout, you can follow this link to sign up for a 2Checkout account using your billing email address (the email address you used to place your order).
