Refunds are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the order from the ManyCam website. Once the refund is processed, the license will be disabled automatically. To place a refund request for an order, you may do so

- by phone at +31 88 000 0008 for International and (650) 963-5701 for USA and Canada
How to request a refund via 2Checkout myAccount
In order to place a refund request via 2Checkout myAccount, please find an email from 2Checkout and follow the link to your account under the line “Need order support? Use myAccount to easily manage your order, subscription, invoice and payment details”.
Click on the order number to get details and then choose Request refund.
Alternatively, in case you can’t find the email from 2Checkout, you can follow this link to sign up for a 2Checkout account using your billing email address (the email address you used to place your order).
Please note that all purchases are only eligible for a refund within 30 days after the purchase was made, so please make sure to submit your requests and follow up with them within that period.
Once a refund was approved, reimbursement occurs in up to eight business hours. The refund amount will be available in your bank account after the refund is processed, depending on the issuing bank.
