Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot any technical issues you may have with the Virtual Backgrounds feature.
1. Windows 10 1809 (OS Build 17736) or higher is required for this feature to work. Make sure to install the OS upgrade before you proceed.
2. Make sure the DirectX 10 Hardware Acceleration mode is enabled in ManyCam Settings > General
4. Disable Compatibility Mode for ManyCam.exe
5. Update your graphics drivers as shown here.
6. Make sure that your setup meets the Virtual Backgrounds’ System Requirements
