MnyCam’s built-in YouTube Live creates live streams in real-time only and does not allow scheduling events within ManyCam. If you want to stream to a scheduled event, you will need to first schedule an event in your Live Control Room on YouTube and create a custom live server in ManyCam using the stream key and URL provided by YouTube.
Step-by-step guide:
- First, schedule a Live Event on YouTube in your Control Room.
- Then create a custom RTMP server in ManyCam.
- Start streaming in ManyCam at the scheduled time.
Where do I get the stream key and URL?
When creating a scheduled event, you should be able to get the stream key and URL from your Live event’s settings (see the Ingestion tab) in order to use them in ManyCam. For more information, please refer to YouTube’s guide on live streaming.
